I have an account with Chase and want to thank Ms. Whitney Chappell for helping me out today. Because of my advanced hip arthritis I have trouble walking and depend on taxis. She was kind enough to call a cab for me as I could not use my cellphone in the bank, instead, I got a message saying "call failed". Thanks again.

I never have to leave my ride to step inside as drive-thru service does it all. Sometimes you get shady people lurking around, but most are harmless just looking for change or cigarettes. Be aware of your surroundings and proceed when its safe is your best option.
