Be advised that this company continues to call the numbers of people who do not have delinquent debt even after being told that they have the wrong number and complaints have been filed with FTC. I have an appointment with an attorney to see about a lawsuit against them and whomever hired them to end these calls and collect payment for stress suffered by our family, including our autistic son, from calls that continue after requests have been made to halt them.

My experience was really pleasant, I only had one blemish on my credit report from a dental bill that somehow I over looked. My credit report showed a certain balance but when I called, I was told it was $200 more due to interest. I explained I wanted to pay the original amount on my credit report to settle the account and move on and she accepted without hesitation. The only "issue" here is that I did hear background music during my conversation.

These people are rude and a scam, I contacted them after it showed up on my credit report for an electric bill in Florida, I have NEVER lived in Florida and they want me to pay? I have tried to talk to them twice about the matter with NO results... And now they are calling my work harassing me for a debt that is NOT mine.....

Total scum, these people are the bottom of the barrel! They will fight you to pay them, threaten lawsuit, and not answer your call, I personally was placed on HOLD for over an HOUR while trying to PAY them. I go into the office to pay in PERSON.. and waited over two hours for a SIMPLE 2 minute process of payment.

Rude person. I called because I saw on my credit report a collection. When the person could not find me by name and address, he asked for my social. I said Im willing to give last 4 but not full social. He said when Im willing to give full social to call again, and he hung up. Rude rude rude....

Why on earth would they call me during my business hours of work, and then why I answer make me hold more than 5 minutes just so they can speak to me? I had to call them back myself after holding for mystery caller for 6-min. The recording has an English accent?? This place seems iffy.

These people suck at life it is you choice on weather or not to deal with them and you pick them. You are going to be sorely disappointed they got me for 10 dollars for the privilege of paying them. They never sent a letter just crashed my report real scumbag move.

These people were great. I had a debt from a year ago and they settled with me for $40 less than what I owed. If you are going to call ask them if they can make an agreement with you. It may be possible. I had a great experience. Pedro Rios helped me out.

Not very often are people happy with a collection agency. But they were very understanding and went the extra mile to help me. The managers Linda and Dennis did a great job! Thanks and hope I never hear from you again. LOL!
