Tiana is the worst customer svc rep and completly ruined my experience w this company. had to drive 2 hrs and go walk in a payment she slammed the paper down in front of me i had to sign bc i was a little late on payment. i asked if she was going to hand me the paper bc she came in super aggressive and she just shook her head yes n said i was lucky she didnt punch me inthe face she wasnt going to hand it to me. putting the review out there !!!!!!!!!! what happened was illegal. then the manager in middleborough said to me he didnt see it and i cant prove it. it was so un professional and to have a little collection clerk threaten me when i make $346.00 payments monthly is gross cust svc. mcdonalds wouldnt hire this classless girl. the mgr said to my face what do u want me to do fire her?? n laughed. he grabbed me by my arm n took me to the door knocking my ice coffee almost out of my hand! i wanted a # for headquarters n they would not give me any info. they refuse to give mea # NEVER WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE HORRENDOUS

I am currently tying to get out of a loan with them a small portion goes toward the car and a large amount towards the interest. if you think about it, its 4$ a day which is insane .you want to get a rate between 10-13% .they dont care they just want the money ! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID A LOAN WITH UNITED CONSUMER IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE PROMISE!! DONT DO IT!!!!!M INSURANCE PAID OFF MY LOAN AND NOW I STILL OWE BECAUSE THE 4$ A DAY BULLSHIT .

I paid off my loan and week later they took the loan payment and when i called them to find out how they where gonna reinverse me they tell me that i owed them 70.00 dollars cause the check didnt get to them soon enough so in 3 or 4 days that the check took to get to them i ran up 70.00 dollars in intrest after i called them and they gave me the pay off over the phone NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM

While initially grateful for the loan as my credit was rocky they have ruined what was left of it with job issues etc... trying to defer one payment so i could catch up and no longer make late payments was never allowed so for the past 2 years I have been playing catch up with no help from them at all. They charge you money to make an online payment and I have never been spoken to with respect.

Terrible company. Took extra payments out of my account for over 4 months. I had to bend over backwards to get my money back. If your going to deal with this company buy a low cost car to finish up payments sooner then later. Good Luck

Website is always down. Customer services has limited hours. And even during their hours, they are extremely hard to get a hold of. Avoid this company at all costs.
