What an amazing experience with the team at Summit Mortgage. I had to find a local lender to provide me with a letter of approval within 48 hours and they did it. I had a very complicated situation, both my husband and I are self employed, we own two other homes (wanted to keep one as an investment) but Summit Mortgage was able to make it work. Their internal process and communications with their clients is amazing. I always knew where they were in the process and what they needed. I would highly recommend working with this team. They are the BEST! I have dealt with a lot of mortgage companies and never felt in better hands. Thanks to the entire team at Summit Mortgage for getting the job done!!!!!!
