My fiancé and I were in the market to purchase our first home when we were introduced to Shahram at Florida Home Funding. We of course had searched through different options before speaking with him, and looking back now, all that time we spent searching for anyone else was a waste. We would have made a huge mistake going anywhere else. There was a reason he came recommended, and from our experience, it was very clear why he holds such a positive reputation. Not many mortgage brokers, if any, would volunteer to be present to evaluate final documents during the closing of their clients first home. That is just one example of how he went over and beyond while working with us. He always answered our calls, texts and emails. He made us feel like a priority and took the time to clarify every detail, and I mean every single detail. His assistant Cindie was just as efficient. Shahram’s level of communication made us very comfortable, as if we had known him for a long time. We went through a roller coaster of emotions during this whole process and it really felt like he was someone we could trust. There were so many critical decisions that needed to be made in buying our first home and often we second guessed ourselves, but we knew Shahram was always the right choice. He made a very stressful process seem like a walk in the park. We cannot thank Shahram and his assistant Cindie enough for their help and guidance.

Choosing Florida Home Funding was one the best decision I’ve ever made. As a real estate agent for more than 12 years, I’ve had the opportunity to engage with multiple brokers; however, not many of them are as efficient and trustworthy as Sondi is. In my opinion, he is one of the best brokers in the field, not only he is extremely knowledgeable and reasonable; but also he approaches his clients’ dilemmas with a financial advisor mindset; that is, looking at the big picture and provide sustainable solutions rather than offering the one size fits all average broker attitude. My experience with Florida Home Funding was extremely positive. I was working with one of the largest lenders in the country before I contacted FHF about refinancing my house. I was impressed not only by the significantly more competitive rates FHF offered, but also by their speed to deliver. My re-fi was closed in about two weeks while competitors were talking about 30 to 40 days to close. These big lenders may get you a little skeptical about considering other options; don’t be fooled by that. I was glad I had the opportunity to talk to FHF, their straightforward approach to do business and extensive knowledge in the industry gave me the right level of trust to know that I did have options. The team was very professional and very effective in telling me the ins and outs of the process in a language that I could easily understand. Mr Shahram Sondi with Florida Home Funding did an outstanding job assisting us with refinancing our home. He was processional, attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. He was available during the morning, afternoon and evening. We were able to complete the application and closing without leaving our home. Mr Sondi emailed us the application forms, than we emailed them back completed with our documents. He scheduled a notary to our home and completed the closing within 30 minutes. The notary was also professional and attentive. The process from start to finish only took one month; we select a 25 year mortgage, lowered our interest rate by 2% and monthly payments by hundreds of dollars. The closing cost was less than other brokers’ fees. Thank You Mr Sondi.
