SunTrust is the worst bank there, steal the money in the same cashier, was depositing my money $ 800 and are left with $ 760 the cashier gave only me proof I go into the branch after and then wait 30 mint they answered the phone to working to make my claim today after 5 days I call to ask why they had not put the balance and the first thing they tell me is that I have to send a paper to sign and start my claim I explain that the role already had signed and sent the who greeted me at the bank and then tell me it appeared a note and it was that had arrived today that 10 apirtir days today was that to receive my money I ask to speak to a supervisor and more than 15 min on hold and nobody answers are thieves stealing my money I stayed in the ATM machine will close my accounts and more never again open a bank account with them SUNTRUST the worst bank united states and poor service SUNTRUST

suntrust has reordered transactions, did not warn this customer that their account was about to be overdrawn, and gave inaccurate account balance information.this customer never asked suntrust to provide overdraft protection, infact this customer opted out of it years ago. this customer assumed that if they tried to make a purchase they could not afford, the purchase would be declined. Instead, more and more frequently, such purchases are being approved and this customer is left with hefty overdraft fees. charged a total 0f 72 dollars for a loan to cover 71 cents on a checking account. completely usurious. avoid this bank at all costs. they make about 30 billion dollars a year over-drafting customers. they make up imaginary debt and are ruining the economy

The workers are not the problem . They are as sweet as they can be in the worst situattion posible. They have a huge volume of clients throught the day. And an enourmus amount of work that ghey have to handle alone day by day. Recently a few of the employees left 2 tellers and a banker. And its all because of the new management. The lady ckmes from other banks where watteber she does might have help but not at this bransh. She does not meet the needs of the employees and does not meet the needs of the clients. Yes, this particular bransh is really hecktik but she needs to learn how to listen to the demand and put at the table what needs to be done. Please do not take it personal with the employees it is not theyre job to change what needs to be changed.

I just open my small business account and I have to say that the staff was very helful, very nice and professional. The branch manager surelys messelmani was very understanding and professional and help me to go over all the process even understanding my very busy schedule, so my experience was really great. Thanks also to Melissa Perez who was nice and helpful during all the process.

I met Surelys Messelmani this morning, she was very nice, and took care of everything to be sure all the paperworks was done correctly. I do agree there is some waiting time sometimes but i always had someone answering my questions and trying to help me when needed.

Nothing like getting to the bank, them telling you the system went down and sending you 5.5 miles to another branch. Stating they were fully aware of the situation. Only to arrive and the branch be closed.
