While we had a horrible time with our HSA contracting with Allstar Heating and Air, the service that they provided was fantastic. The technician, Taylor, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the issue, and was able to resolve it very quickly. After dealing with a lie our HSA told the contractor, they were very quick to follow-up with us and refund the amount that we had already been charged through our HSA prior to the technician visiting. I received a very nice phone call from Brandon, who explained the whole situation and apologized for the inconvenience. While I will not be using our HSA for any future repair needs, I will definitely be using Allstar Heating and Air in the future for all of our service needs. Thank you for your assistance, Brandon!

Technician came out on Monday evening, checked cooling system, determined the problem but could not get the part ordered until the next day, part came in on Wednesday and was installed, unfortunately for us we had bigger issues and needed a new system. The technician, Cody set us up with a new install for the Monday (4 days later). Cody was the most friendly and professional and set us up with two window units to get the family through the next 4 days....Thank you so much Cody, we appreciate you as you went above and beyond!!!!

Great company! Our AC unit went out when we came back from the beach and reached 83 degrees in our house. After calling the insurance company, we had to go thru so many steps to get them to help us and had to meet our deductible. So I called Allstar, and they sent out Cody Cole as our technician. He was on time, after texting us his eta, very professional, and had our AC up and blowing cold again in less than an hour. Would give 10 stars if I could. Amazing customer service and fast too. Highly recommended.

My experience with Allstar was 5 STAR! (No Pun Intended) From the initial Quote for the work, down to "follow up" after the job was complete. The sales team and installation crew were professional, courteous, and very respectful. The one thing that I was most impressed with... they treated my house as if it were their own. Joe, our technician was great, he fixed our problem, caused by the house sitting empty for over a year, in a flash. He stayed around to make sure the system kicked in like it was supposed to and gave us a list of things to watch for due to the age of the system. All Star came when they were asked to come and indicated the prior provider had installed a capacitor and had hooked up the wiring where the compressor was reversed causing an arcing of the wiring. All Star fixed the problem quickly and was nice, courteous and professional."
