I called Bob Waters from Waters Basement Services, Inc. on a Wednesday, he returned my call that day and scheduled me on Friday to have a crack fixed that ran from my basement window to the floor. He actually called on Thursday to confirm the time he was coming! He did an excellent job along with another employee. I would highly recommmend him to do work for you. My basement had an untraceable leak that had been going on for a while. We brought multiple people in to look at it, and then found Waters Basement Services. Bob actually found the source of the issue. He’s a pleasure to work with because he clearly imparts his expertise. He is great about explaining what he will do and explaining what he has done. My basement is not leaking and I give Bob and his staff the highest recommendation.
