Service was great but they cram you like sardines which usually doesnt bother me but we were jammed up next to some snobby lady that complained the roof was dripping on her but there was never one spot on her shirt. I think she was just looking for a free glass of wine with her whine. Classless snobby lady. You know that when the order by saying "Just give me the most expensive Chardonnay you have" food was great, i had the Smitty burger. Egg, beef patty, cheese on an English muffin. I would recommend it. Bloody Mary was good too. If you like water they have some pretty good filtered water too.

Great service, great ambiance. We came for a late.night dinner and sat close to the bar. At that time it was more like a bar scene with casual folks having a beer and a burger while watching baseball. Food was ok. I ended up ordering what I thought was a chicken dish and came out as a.sandwich. it never said that on the menu. The crab dip and sliders were decent and my fiancee really liked his lobster shepherds pie.. the place is cozy but next to the bar was loud.

Started off asked for no lemon in my ice tea, got a lemon. The crab cakes were recommended by the waiter, bad choice. My wife got a hamburger, well done, not well done, she asked for onions, no onions, the waiter came back had ketchup in his hand, wife asked can I get some mustard also along with the ketchup? Sure you can, he came back with the mustard and placed it on the table and walked away with the ketchup. Very disappointed.

The food is great. I had duck and brownie...duck was great not too big of a fan of the brownie. Ice cream melted to fast because of how warm the brownie was. I like a warm brownie but I would advise to get ice cream on the side. Service was above par and the decore was entertaining. The do have a bar area and it was pretty live during my dinner (soccer was on). Overall great time. Would recommend and visit a second time

Delicious food, beautiful decor The airy restaurant is decorated in great style. Good service Delicious snacks and steak burgers. (Ordered the mushroom burger added. The mushrooms do not taste the bitter).

A supper out. So-so fried green tomatoes; a bit dry, and the side was mayonnaise-sque; better locally in Raleigh, crispier crust and more luscious tomatoes. The Reuben was likewise just "meh"; rye with scant dressing, and thin layer of sauerkraut, and generous corned beef. There was no "pop" of flavor or anything particularly memorable about the food.

My wife and I were in town with our kids from out of state, and we were seated immediately without a reservation and the staff bent over backwards to take care of us. They put our double stroller up while we are, offered extras for the kids, and the food was excellent. We would highly recommend Clydes of Georgetown!

Old Ebbit is much better with the same menu. Prices here are reasonable and the location is good. My mixed drink was extremely weak, they forgot to offer bread, among other things that make me inclined to try somewhere else before returning.

Classic original Clydes. The vast menu has something tasty for everyone. Can get fairly crowded but the rotation of customers is fairly quick so just wait a few minutes and someone will be leaving shortly from the bar area.

Less than average food... good ambience, slow service... One of our steaks had to be returned because it was overcooked. The replacement steak was a bit better but not quite what was expected from this place.

After waiting 45 minutes for our food, it was cold and over salted. We would have returned it, but did not want to spend four hours in this hell hole. The service was as bad as the food.

My dinner companion ordered calamari. It was fishy smelling. He ordered sliders which were soggy and tasteless. I had butternut squash soup which was cold. It was a waste of $50.

Great service, they have a happy hour so you can save some money ! Dont forget to go walk near the canal behind it. Try the dragon slayer cocktail, really good!

Rolling Rock on Tap. Family of 5 (3 kids) had a good meal, no complaints by anyone. The Cod with the coconut milk sauce and the Curry rice was delic.
