Unprofessional service while attempting to move my accounts over to this credit union. I would have moved a considerable amount to deposit from several investments. Because I did not have a utility bill in my name because of living with my significant other I was not allowed to open an account. I explained I just moved there to Humble. I spoke with the branch manager and he was quite arrogant and stated the same thing. I got the impression that customer service and having account holders with significant deposits to offer was not his main priority. I left feeling humiliated and with a bad taste in my mouth. I will never return nor will I recommend banking with this financial institution. I immediately opened my accounts moments later elsewhere. There needs to be something done about that manager Juan Guerrero.
