Horrible experience with them. Got my checking account garnished and overdrawn for someone elses garnishment not even close to my name. Took em over a week to figure out that i was the wrong person to be garnished. Not to mention it was a girl and from a totally diffrent state. Not even close to names matching. And to top it off they never once apologized for any of it. Then They decided to tac on monthly service fees out of nowhere. Fair to say i will never be doing business with them again. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them a chance after multiple friends told me not to. Had to learn for myself why their horrible. Very nice and chatty greeters but thats were it stops.

Wells fargo has treated me very well. I banked with bremer for 10 years and with bell state for 2 years. Neither of those banks have showed me the respect or appreciation that wells fargo has. I talked with wells fargo and they were willing to help. So i transfered. Wells fargo has helped me when i needed it and now im back on my feet 100% I was hospitalized from a car accident and my other banks werent willing to help me after i struggled with bills for months, wells fargo helped me and then some. I am very appreciative of their 1 on 1 customer service.
