First time stepping foot into a Bank of America banking center after opening my account over the phone yesterday....all because Merrill Lynch (my IRA and 401k holder) told me it was in my best interest to have all my monies with the same financial institution- sounded like a smart idea. However, today I was denied accessed to my funds by both a teller AND branch manager because I did not have a PIN associated with the account. How in the world do you have a PIN for a new account without even having a debit card yet?!?! After calling the 800 number I was told the branch could have provided a temporary card so I could withdraw funds as needed on the spot. Never in my life have I been denied my own verifiable funds with supporting identification. TERRIBLE customer service and because of this I will be staying with my current bank and closing this account.This frustrating experience was completely unnecessary and my poor review towards Bank of America falls entirely on this branch and their lack of knowledge.

We were given an estimate for waiting thirty minutes for a notary. Forty minutes later, we were told that it would be another twenty minutes, which was too late for us. Our time had been completely wasted. When I complained to Mauricio (the only bank person around), instead of apologizing for the delay, he said "I already spoke to the lady" (my wife). When I emphasized the annoyance, he just stared back at me, with no acknowledgement of the poor service. Mauricio behavior has represented Bank of America very poorly.

Absolutely Terrible service. Extremely slow customer service, was waiting for over an hour in a line of 5 people, then was told that I would need to speak with a banker to sign an account which I had been using for over a month and depositing and withdrawing funds regularly. All in all I waited over 2 hours to get a cashiers check.

We came in for a certified check to buy a car and it took over an hour. The people who work here have no interest in getting you taken care of in a timely manner. Absolutely ridiculous. Find a different branch to use - this one will just waste your time and leave you frustrated.

Everyone here is very personable and works well with us. We have had absolutely no problems with this bank compared to the Regions we used to be with! Only reason for the four stars is because it tends to be reaaaally slow.

The slowest bank I have ever been too. If you are in a hurry do not!!! Go here!!!! Ridiculous. Every time!!!! Stupid kiosk are minimal in their task. Smh

Online it says this location is open until 5pm on Saturdays. It actually closes at 1pm. In addition to being closed the security guard was rude.
