Generally I receive a response IMMEDIATELY to my questions, if not it is the next day. In addition to response time the emails are also very informative and my questions are answered. I have yet to speak with Jake himself on the phone but when I was setting up my insurance, Caren was very helpful on both the phone and through email. I have NEVER had difficulty getting a hold of them which is possibly one of the most important things to me.
