Great rates, and Brian is very helpful! I had some issues originally with Paul. He would call me 3+ times a day asking to come in and fill out paperwork. Everytime i tried to call him back to see what info he needed, no answer. All my voicemails to him were ignored. I finally just walked in the office and when i asked him why he was so hard to contact, he argued with me i never tried to contact him at all. I asked to switch agents because of this and he argued with me about that one too. Looks like they recently got rid of Paul and Im hoping its smooth sailing from here on out

My rates kept rising. For no reason. I contacted two dozen agents before switching my car insurance to Tim Sexton Insurance. Tim cut my cost by 67%, and I have a good driving record. Then for my granddaughter, whose record is not spotless, he got Jasmine the same savings, a 67% lower rate. Tim and his team are the best I have worked with over the past 40 years. When I contacted them about a parking fender bender, they responded immediately, gave sound advice--and followed up later to let me know no claim had been filed against me. All I can say is get a quote.
