I opened an account thru Clorisse Bashaw, who I found to be personable and genuine and mindful of my needs. She remained focused on me and on my needs for the duration of time I was at her desk. A second visit found me in need of a notary and Amanda in Mortgage loans took time to assist me as no notary was available at 90 S. Cascade on my arrival. She went out of her way to call the 410 S. Cascade Branch and find out exactly who was there, provided me with a name, and told them to expect me asap. I was assisted immediately upon arrival at 410 S. Cascade by Tracy, another efficient and personable customer service rep for WFB. One improvement would be notifying new customers of a bank parking lot at basement level and validation of parking tickets availability as well. No reason not to promote an advantage like free parking downtown.

I went to my Wells Fargo branch today with some torn dollar bills. They refused to deposit them and said, "Wells Fargo does not take these. Try another bank." I then phoned the main bank for Wells Fargo, spoke with the manager, who said, bring them in! I did and they spent the time taping them together with me and deposited them with no hassle. The branch outright lied to avoid the work, I imagine. The Lead Teller and Manager at the main bank said there was no reason they should not have accepted the deposit. Thankfully I now have credit for our funds!

I fired them shortly after they bought Norwest. Never looked back. Unfortunately both my work 401k and home loan(after being bought from the original lender) are with them. Yet neither of those 2 accounts are worth a fee free dollar to peso conversion. It has to be either checking or savings...absolutely ridiculous.

I have banked with Wells Fargo for a fairly significant amount of time and visited this branch, each time that I go into this branch it takes a million years to get help. The management is very poor and they are always understaffed.

The telephone number given on their web site switches you from one thing to another without ever getting to a person. The final message is that "this call cannot be answered" and then the phone disconnects!!! Very frustrating!!!

This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have every encountered. Management is rude and incompetent. I was a 25 year customer of Wells Fargo...DO NOT BANK HERE!!!
