they are pretty polite and cheerful over the phone, i know! i know!! i am sure you are reading this right now saying Yeah Right!! lol, lets not be negative about everything, just my experience with arrowhead, up to this point! has been pleasant, they are the next best thing to the rippoff banks, and other credit unions like "Alta Vista credit union" please ohh please!!!! do not consider banking with them under any curcumstances! these people at the lugonia area are complete fake jerks!! they closed my acct, without any warning! stick with these guys, like i said before they are a better alternative, but lol !!! i have been wrong before!

My wife and I came by The Arrowhead Credit Union last Tuesday 3/14/17 to pick up an "Arrow Check" in order to buy a new car. What was advertised as an "easy" process to "stop by and pick up the check" turned out being a 2 hour wait while staff figured out how to fill out their own form. While we waited we were advised to see Tommy with Autoland, a member service designed to help research and give quotes for a desired car. While Tommy explained he would have quotes by the very next morning, we have still yet to hear from him. POOR customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently established a trust and had to change accounts at seven different financial institutions and Arrowhead Credit Union was by far the worst to deal with. It took 3 different trips to accomplish what I was able to do in five minutes at another credit union. It was going to take a 4th trip until I told them 3 strikes and they were out and that I would close my account. They are far more concerned with red tape than customer service.

The time that i have been with arrowcredit union it has been good. The employees inside are very helpful and make u feel comfortable. I only had one complaint and that was my acct has had an annoying block on it For 6 months now. For a check that was fraud on the companies fault not mine. They wanted to close me but they put that 6 month hold on it. Other then that the redlands branch is great
