We opened our first accounts at Integrity Bank & Trust in August, 2014. We were first introduced to Lisa Wieland and June Brewer- what an amazing team! Almost two years later, I am still in awe of the customer service response times, attention to detail and level of commitment to each and every client. June has taken care of all of our needs, resolved problems, offered solutions and watched over our accounts as if we were her only client. Her multi-tasking skills and efficiency are unmatched and she consistently has a positive attitude, always willing to do more. Krys Apple and all of the tellers are friendly and helpful. When we started working with the Loan Dept, we found the exact same stellar service from Brett Wyss, Lori Zarkovacki and Cheran Allsup. Every single request is handled with speed, efficiency and an attitude of "how can we do more to help." Truly an exceptional banking experience that you cannot find with large banks where there is no personal attention.

I have recently relocated to the USA from the UK and Integrity Bank was recommended to me by a colleague. My experience of working with Integrity Bank has been overwhelmingly positive. I am used to dealing with a large high street bank in the UK, a faceless entity. The staff at Integrity are welcoming, caring, friendly and extremely helpful, they guided me through setting up a bank account and applying for a car loan. Ashleigh went out of her way to ensure that my loan application was successful and even called me out of hours to keep me updated on progress. This is unheard of in the UK, I have no hesitation in recommending Integrity to my friends and colleagues.

For a bank with the name Integrity it is kind of dumbfounding that they employ a person who cheated on her husband with a married military member while working there and is still working there. If that is what is called Integrity I do not want anything to do with this institution. That being said Colorado is an at will state....
