Editing because I was very upset the day I posted this and admittedly was having a little temper tantrum. I have to say that Nikki has always been amazing answering any questions we have had and getting to the bottom of any issues. But talking to others in the office, I always dreaded because it was never a pleasant experience. Hindsight: I should have just requested to speak to Nikki each time.

With this agency you will get better service than aflac, geico, or even, progressive. he is the bomb also hes my dad but that has nothing to do with the fact that he is the best insurance agent in the world
