If I could give zero i would! The level of service has gone to zero! Way back when this was a great agency! I always paid house insurance and car insurance in one lump payment . I dealt with Damien annually. NEVER HAD A CLAIM. Paid them thousands of dollars in premiums! All was good, then he hired an "assistant"....start the fall from good customer service! This year they doubled my rates ...... without a claim or any problems all year. I called to cancel. In fact I had to call several times because they "forgot" to process my cancellation until the third time I called. Because they "forgot" I incurred additional charges, then they sent a collector after me. Guys we are talking $35.00 they sent me to collections over their error. I paid them faithfully for years without a claim. They went downhill FAST! Leo is not a good agent run run run unless you can talk with Damien. In response to your rebuttal, the Unqualified help in your office was asked three times via phone and twice via e-mail to cancel my auto insurance. Since this request was NOT taken care of in a timely manner I incurred the additional charges from Safeco. This was not related to Safeco, this falls back on your agency and the lack of customer service.
