I had an issue with someone using my debit halfway across the country, and I had a fee id never seen before after placing an international bank transfer.... I went into this branch and everyone was so nice. Sat down and they refunded everything, gave me a new debit, and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes.... Fantastic customer service

Went in today to make a deposit and double-check some charges on my accounts, and had all of my questions answered and problems solved. Worked with John D. as my bank account manager and would recommend asking for him the next time you go in. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

The receptionist was very snobbish, pretentious, and rude. He would not accommodate my request for a new debit card unless I wanted to wait two hours. I will be switching banks instead, I think. I recommend they fire him and hire another real banker to replace him.
