Waited for 50 minutes for a signature medallion verification (after clearly explaining what I needed and the manager quizzed me as to whether I had the appropriate materials) only to learn that nobody there could do that. They also destroyed my forms so I had to refill them again. So not only did I waste my time waiting for them to perform a service they could not do, they wasted my time by forcing me to recreate the documents they destroyed. Horrible customer service.

The small business banker here was amazing in helping us set up our account. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She spent a long time answering our questions and helping us make the right choices for our business. We got our debit cards fast, when we ordered checks they came in right away. I would recommend this bank to anyone needing a small business account.

Needless to say at this point, Chase Bank will steal everything you have and leave you to hang for the wild boars to devour. The customer service at this branch is terrible and the management cares only for their revenues. I would kindly ask that people help me in my effort to stop funding $20 million bonuses for these idiots in their ivory towers.

Agree with the other poor reviews of this place. Bankers here are terrible, the ATMs never accept any checks so if you make a deposit you are forced to go inside or go elsewhere. Chase Bank is among the worst. They will seriously ding you with fees as well. Bank with a local credit union instead.

I have always had great customer service in every chase branch I have been in both in Boulder and in New Jersey and have moved all of my accounts to Chase because of it. Not only do they provide great service, they remember my name every time I go in and everyone rushes to help me.

The manager needs to learn how to speak to people before telling them goodbye and have a good day and then tells me he is the manager after saying goodbye and have a good day was gonna open an account not anymore horrible customer service

I have had nothing but excellent customer service at this Chase bank - perhaps staff has changed since the bad reviews here were written, but I think they really do a great job, are very helpful and friendly.
