It has been my pleasure to have Mr. Joel Rodriguez of the Cornerstone Real Estate and Home Loans Inc., to work on my behalf to help me find the right home for me. Joel was able to find my home in 2011 and in 2017 he was able to help me with my refi. One on the many joys of working with Mr. Rodriguez was, he did not put any pressure on me to buy something I was not looking for. When I was going to settle for a home that he knew I did not really like because it seemed like the process was taking too long, he was the one that said, “Why are you settling, you know that’s not what you want”. Because of him (Joel Rodriguez) I am in the home I love. When I was ready to refi he made sure I got the best interest rate available and he gave me some great advice about money management. It was my pleasure to introduce Joel to some of my close friends and family. I knew they would be in great hands. My friend (who is like a little brother to me) Pastor Holloway was able to get into the home he wanted because of Joel’s help. Joel is working with my son to help him get into his first home. Having to go through this Real Estate company to purchase my home was the worst experience of my life. In my opinion Joel and Carmen Rodriguez (Two of the agents who work for this company) were rude, manipulative, and disrespectful. They left cruel and slightly threatening messages on my phone, and treated me and my husband as if we were the ones who were making the process so painstaking. I STRONGLY suggest you search elsewhere for a Real Estate company. I guarantee you will regret your decision if you choose them.
