I was referred to Jorge, after a negative experience with another loan officer. The previous loan officer gave me the impression that obtaining a mortgage would be very difficult. More importantly, I didn’t feel like he was interested in doing the leg work needed to navigate the complexities of my loan application. Then I met Jorge. His calming presence and high attention to detail was a Godsend. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process to my wife and I. However, the most valuable resource he offered was his patience and communication. I’m the type that asks a million questions, and I look at the what ifs. Within the first 10 minutes of taking our loan application, Jorge told us that we would have a 90% chance of getting the loan. Which with our previous experience, I thought was overly optimistic. To make long story short, Jorge got it done. And, we closed within 45 days of placing a contract on our dream home. I couldn’t recommend Jorge and the PRMG team strongly enough.

Wow, Jorge Malo is not “malo” (my mortgage broker) Jorge basically did everything for me to refinance my home In Parkland! Not only did he make the mess of paperwork and financial data seem clear and easy with the E sign utility, he actually went so far as to have the owner of the title company come out to our Dental Office and sign the closing documents. Jorge is totally on the ball all of the time, even when I was not. His relentlessness really makes the process of home refinancing a lot easier, in fact we closed in less the 20 Days. I highly recommend going with Jorge, he we will see it to the end.
