Not impressed with the service or not being able to reach a live person using the phone system. It is an endless loop of options that do not describe your reason for calling. Not the right bank for busy people

I needed a application notarized and when we got to the part where the seller needed to sign I was told to go somewhere else because he was not a member. Completely wasting my time.
