Kathleen helped us get a home loan when we moved from Pleasanton to Roseville. Our realtor recommended her as we were new to the area and it was a great referral! She is professional and extremely competent---what more do you want from a mortgage lender? You need someone who can be responsive to your needs and guide you in the right direction so that you can get a loan! Not only did Kathleen do that, she went above and beyond her duties when we were unexpectedly delayed on closing on the sale of our home in Pleasanton. She coordinated the work of both escrow companies and made sure that we were able to close on time with our purchase in Roseville. She was always there to provide advice and feedback and is a trustworthy professional. I highly recommend her!

Kathleen is kind, calm, professional and quick! My wife and I were selling at the same time as buying. We wanted to close on the sale at the same time as the purchase so we could move without having to rent or stay at a hotel in between. She made it happen! She was able to get everything done and we closed in about 20 days!!! She also kept EVERYONE updated during the whole process. I was particularly impressed with how she was able to build genuine rapport with so many people: realtors, other escrow officers, even our insurance agent. Did I mention she took calls while on vacation too? She is wonderful and we are very grateful for her work.
