We just bought a vacation home and worked with Pete Green for financing. Pete was very helpful and patient with us as we had offers on two properties before closing a deal. He responded to our many questions and requests quickly and thoroughly. He clearly explained our various options and helped us navigate the complexities of purchasing. Pete went above and beyond to accommodate our tight timeline for closing, kept us informed throughout the process, told us what to expect at different points and did all of this in a friendly and supportive way. Pete did a great job for us. It was the best loan experience we have had. My wife and I were out of the country prior to the closing so he coordinated all the parts to get the loans papers completed a week early and had the closing occur w/out a hitch. Also we had issues with the lender on an insurance claim and Pete jumped in twice a to assist. This as a year after the closing. This is truly a full service broker.
