ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIE NEVER RETURN CALLS. INTERRUPT . HANG UP. ALWAYS TAKE THE SIDE OF THEIR HORRIBLE GHETTO WELFARE DRS THEY ASSIGN YOU TO. IT WILL TAKE A YEAR TO GET AN APPOINTMENT AND ANOTHER YEAR TO FINALLY GET TREATMENT EVEN IF ITS VERY URGENT AND SERIOUS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. AND THEIR DRS THEY REFER YOU TO ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY. THEY ARE OF ABSOLUTE NO HELP AND COMPLETE AND TOTAL INCOMPETENCE FROM CARE FIRST AND THE DRS. THEY SEND YOU TOO. DISGUSTING WITH CO EXISTS.

Worst healthcare company out there. It is obvious they are just there to get as much money from medicare without providing anything . Bad doctors on provider list. Impossible to get dental care, chiropractic care, mental care, Eye exam and perscription care. If you call and talk to someone, they have no idea what you are talking about and then send you a form letter saying no to everything. I will change provider as soon as I can. WARRNING DO NOT SUBSCRIBED TO THIS HEALTHCARE COMPANY! !!!!!!!

These people are stupid. Complain to LA Care, not just them. Go to LA Cares board meeting or call in to complain, google it. They have no business being involved in healthcare! They seem to seek out the stupidest and most dishonest doctors they can find to lie and deny care to patients! Steer clear!

my premiums went up before my first year ended with them from $29.00 to $32.00 this year. My insulin co payment increased from $60.00 to $114.00. Why ?
