I was approached by a home improvement contractor who said damage to my roof may be storm damage. His offer seemed good so I called Safeco to submit a claim. Submitting the claim was very easy with no hassles and the young lady taking the claim was very pleasant and professional. Todd Mahnke was the claims adjuster that came to inspect my roof and gutters. He also was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Todd was prompt to call and set up an appointment. He was able to come earlier but not before calling to see if it was convenient with me. He was very thorough with his inspection and demonstrated knowledge and professionalism during his inspection. The result was that the actual amount of covered damage was below my deductible but was pretty much what I expected. Even though the claim did not result in a roof replacement or other coverage I was pleased with the hassle free process and being made to feel that I was the customer and was treated with respect and kindness along with professionalism.

I contacted Bob Will to receive a quote on homeowners and auto insurance as we were moving to Indiana. The house is log construction with a wood burning furnace which created some issues with other brokers I contacted. Bob expressed no reservations and proceeded to have a quote to me within two days with a company with which I have had positive experience. He addressed all my questions in a prompt and courteous manner.
