We are new to the Tucson area and found the Troy Cropp Agency through the State Farm website. I have been more than pleased with the excellent service that I have received through interactions with the office! Thanks so much Jacey for making our transition easier! We can be a nightmare to transition from one state to the next with our mini "fleet" so I appreciate the tenacity of the office to stick with us and efficiently give us quotes on cars/trucks/motorcycles and home.

When I first contacted this agency I had a lot of questions. From the moment the phone was answered, I knew I would be taken care of. I worked mostly with Taylor Quayle who was pleasant and patient with all of my questions. He answered every question thoroughly and I knew I was getting the best insurance possible. Taylor and all the staff were very helpful! I got off the phone knowing I went to the right place! I will definitely use them again!
