Andy Jemmett, a friend from RealCore Realty, referred me to Brian and Orion Mortgage. I met with Brian, reviewed my plans, financial status in a brief, personal, friendly, meeting. I found an investment property to purchase. Orion Mortgage assisted me and the process moved quickly and professionally until the deal was cancelled for unforeseeable reason. I found a second property to purchase which had to close within one week. Brian and Mistie from Orion assisted me in achieving this objective thru a hard money mortgage. I have now completed a refinance of the hard money mortgage. This has all been completed within a two month period.
