Me and my wife were originally pre-qualified for a mortgage from a bank. The bank recommended a realtor for us, she was not a good fit for us and we questioned whether she was working for us or the seller. After two months of looking and losing offers and reading reviews we decide to contact Academy Mortgage. We were very impressed with there response. We sent them a message on a Saturday and within 30 minutes we were contacted by Patrick Myers. He answered questions and took all our information and in about 45 minutes we were pre-qualified for more than the bank. A few days later I was contacted by Rick Rogness, he answered all my questions and then some. He recommended and excellent realtor, Bea Lyman, and what a night and day difference from our previous experience Within a week of contacting Academy Mortgage we were under contract on our house. We are now in our new house and we couldn’t be happier.
