We would HIGHLY recommend Eddie and his team to everybody for all their home buying/loan needs. This has been the best experience we have had. I say this because my husband & I have moved a lot, purchased homes in different states, have had good experiences and bad experiences... but this was definitely by far the most pleasant and smoothest process. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate our closing. They were all so informative, always keeping us up to date, knowledgeable, professional, & demonstrated amazing dedication to our home closing. We had some things come up within the family and needed to close earlier than the original close date, Eddie was very understanding and him and his team made it happen. Also, we needed some required documents to reach the title company the next day early in the morning and Tom was so amazing to come pick up those documents and deliver them to where they needed to go (after hours) so that there would be no delay in closing. We are so glad that we chose this company with our home purchase here in Arizona, and again, HIGHLY recommend Eddie and his team to give you a smooth and trusting experience!!!
