We are so glad that we did not have to search more then one website and we are so glad that we were not the first ones to give First Integrity their Five Star rating. They earned it before we ever contacted them. We rate them Five Stars for the service they gave us. We could not have had a better representative then Kiara L. Johnson. We felt like she would have gone to the moon and back for us and she lived up to the name Integrity. To us she was Heaven sent. Her demeanor and character is beyond professional. We also feel we owe a debt of gratitude to her newborn for allowing her mommy to keep trying and trying until she found an entire package that worked for us and we were glad to meet her during our closing. We would also like to thank Alana, Patti and Lisa for their involvement in this process, but believe us when we say Kiara represented First Integrity beyond Five Stars. Thank you all so much! We felt like we had an army of helpers at First Integrity supporting us through the roller coaster process of closing on our home. Kari Holthaus was available to us whenever we needed her, even tho we were at a month-end before a holiday weekend. Honestly, because of her background in real estate, finance, and years as a mortgage broker and house flipper, she was way more helpful than our RE agent in helping us see the big picture and the critical details. In fact, a couple of her suggestions and interventions saved us at least $5k and allowed us to close on time. She truly cared about getting our deal done in our best interest. Special call out to GG, who was professional and set realistic expectations about our close--and still managed to get everything done in 3 weeks so we could do a same day close on the selling and buying transactions. Highly recommend.

We just closed today on our SECOND home that my wife and I have purchased through Tim Whitmire at First Integrity. Tim makes the whole process from start to finish super easy and he is great at explaining every step of the way. One of the many things that I REALLY appreciate about Tim is that he is going to do what is best for you his customer not himself. He is extremely well-connected with not only all the major banks, but also all of the smaller credit unions that has really saved my wife and I in the past. He has a great mortgage program that allows you to make as little as a 5% down payment and NOT pay PMI. We have referred others to Tim as well and he makes us look good by taking great care of them! Right from the beginning Jeremy and First Integrity were very pleasant to work with. Jeremy began the process by calling both of us and making sure that we understood everything, down to the smallest detail.
