They are horrible!! I had a work injury that ended up in court when the (terrible and Crooked Workers Comp Insurance) decided to their have bad Doctors file false reports on my injuries. The Lawyers directed me to get on MercyCare so we could get doctor reports for the case. Mercycare accepted and authorized all claims for any procedures needed. Long story short, after all court matters and everything was paid to do the work injury (Mercycare was paid back for their part) but then decided to drop all other claims they authorized not involved with the work injury. I now owe $$$ a few thousand dollars in unpaid claims that they accepted and now refuse to pay even though they got money from my case.. UGH!

Mercy Advantage care KILLS DIABETICS WITH THYROID low t-3 by only paying for and not making doctor write .Nnaturethyroid or T-3 timed release medication previously used for 15 years successfully. The foreign endocrinologist want to run patients through in less then 10 minutes without acknowledging special problem which will cause kidney failure...two endocrinologist in Phoenix on the plan fired me as patient with thyroid problem saying that I should go to emergency room for kidney failure but to stop asking for none program prescriptions..Joyce Lubbers patient

i HATE this insurance so much avoid it if you can. I have a lot of health problems which require me to see multiple doctors and this insurance is fighting me to pay for my own medication that they should cover. My health is declining because i cant receive the medicine that i need to survive.
