nothing but trouble. this health insurance company will not pay any claims. the dental they offer will not even tell me I exist. let alone pay any claims. Dear phoenix choice, you win. you take my monthly payments and will not pay any claims. I file claims and you refuse to pay anything. your dental insurance company will not even say I exist, even though I have an id #. I keep getting letters saying member not found. (((Feb. & nov refusal to pay.))) So you take my money and provide no services. I no longer go to the doctor out of fear ( factual ) that you will not pay. I just paid my dentist in cash so I have a dentist that will work on me. It was just a cleaning claim you cheap . It took 4 months to get my insurance cards, I am still waiting for my dental info.(( hint hint)) Also finding a PCP, you data base of doctors misspelled my doctors name so poorly it to weeks to figure that out. his name is doc. Varuzhan Movsesyan DO dumb persons in IT/web. I took the info from my blood test form that I refuse to get done because I do not want to get a bill . So I went to the doctor one time this year. he ordered a blood flow ultrasound. the test was pre approved by phoenix choice. I paid $600 before the test, then for the next 4 months I fought a $4500 bill for this pre approved test. then on 10-22-16 I get a call that they want there test money. WTF. so 9 months later I still have problems. also I refuse to go to doctor to find out the result of this test, I is not worth the trouble, the bean counters win. I just plan on major stroke to kill me on the spot than deal with this company. 1 doctor visit 1 ultrasound vain test ((payment still pending)) Feb. 2016 2 dentist visits ((not paid)) Feb. & oct I think I will cancel my insurance 10-31 and pay the government fine. Cheap rates for insurance plans but they take a lifetime to send ins. cards or proof of insurance or they dont send it at all. Then they dont report to the marketplace if one is paying for insurance and shows up that insurance isnt paid. switched over to Health Choice silver and Am very satisfied with my health insurance.l

Do not use this company, they canceled my policy and continued to collect my premiums. They sent me a notice on Feb. 17, that the policy would cancel on Feb.1- I guess they think I can time travel backwards.
