Pavel goes above and beyond for his customers. He has really gone out of his way to help me in a time of crisis. Like the time I parked my car on the street overnight and the next morning when I woke up it had been transformed into a pile of twisted metal by a reckless driver in my neighborhood! Pavel was right there to pick up the phone and walk me through what would have been one of the most stressful days of my life. He helped me bill the responsible party directly for repairs and rentals, helped me find a body shop, and walked me through the paperwork. Pavel has been there for me during good times too. Like when I bought a brand new car and we got the documentation ironed out in jiffy. He is always there for questions about my bill and advice on the best products for my changing needs. After you have worked with Pavel, there is no other insurance agent that could ever fill his shoes.
