WOW Myself and the new mananger hit it right off like i was thinking she was a old friend that use to work at the same place and she wasn`t but Morgan step right in and made me feel welcome so i came in and said Heyy Boo to Morgan thinking she was my friend and she said hello back as i sat at her desk and began to speak with her i was think i may change my insuarnce because my friend wasn`t their as we began to talk , She appear to be a nice person , she knew what she was talking about and also saved me alot of money .Now at this point i said to myself I going to stay because she have 5 plus years of working for the INSUARNCE DOCTOR . OMG so much to say about her and her staff , the was nice and remeber who i was even when i called to ask questions .I can tell those women enjoy working they are pretty and i will be sending friends in to sign up with them .THANKS MORGAN U THE BEST AND (LETS GO TURKEY ) INSIDE JOKE MAY BE SHE WILL TELL YOU

I had several issues with this location and the lousy insurance that they shopped for me. I requested several times that someone call me back when i needed a reshop. After 3 months of this (and no vehicle because the ins company they set me up with has the worst customer service) i am moving on. it took 3 months to get my car back because of the lack of communication the company they referred me to has. I was told that a supervisor was going to call me back to personally re-shop my insurance options with me. No more! Ill go directly through a ins company to get ins. Lousy service. The newport news office however, had my business for over 8 years and at least the office staff was polite and returned my calls.

My insurance was ending on my vehicle with another company and I needed a change... From the beginning to the very end Tawnie( insurance doctor) was excellent. I made a phone call while at work and was given all the info needed. When I walked into the office I was greeted warmly and by my name. She was very informative and patient when I asked questions on the different types of insurance. She even took the time to give me a quote on a second vehicle I was thinking to add in the near future. I absolutely love this insurance company. They are really the cheapest found in va and i love April!!! I had insurance through this company back about 6 years ago and April took care of me then and did whatever she could to make sure I was a happy customer and left an impact on me that I was so satisfied with as far as good customer service goes that here it is 5 years later and I returned to this insurance company and was lucky that April ended up being my insurance agent that i ended up with again. I received excellent service from April, she was fast, accurate and professional. My son needed car insurance and I called Insurance Doctor and April gave him the best possible quote. When we arrived there 10 minutes later all the information was printed and ready for him to sign. She went over the policy accurately and we were headed out the door in 20 minutes if that long. The entire staff is friendly so whoever answers the phone when you call, you will get the same excellent service. I would refer anyone to Insurance Doctor!

I recently tried to cancel my insurance (not through insurance doctor) but was told I had to go to their office to sign paperwork. Linda Allred immediately offered her assistance. After a few questions, she knew I was sent to the wrong place and began working on my behalf... and girlfriend knew her stuff!! The service that I received from Rose was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She took her time an explained everything to me that I needed to know. The day after the snow storm she took the time to call me and let me know what time they would be closing so that I would not come and they would be closed. The personal service was just GREAT!!!!!!!! Rose made the experience painless. I plan on being a long time customer as long as I receive service like that all the time.
