I found Coleman Powersports while doing an internet search, and sure am glad I did! I attended their "new rider night" in March 2009. The presentations and breakout sessions were fantastic. Having already decided on what size bike I wanted, I arrived early and was greeted by Stephanie Moler. Stephanie did a great job all the way through the purchase process; everything from laying out options and accessories available for my bike through final closing. After determining bike and accessories, I was greeted by the parts and services section, Jeff Taylor and Billy Chamberlain. These guys were meticulous in reviewing, checking compatability, documenting, checking stock, scheduling and pulling everything together. It was quite an extensive list with many support components. They gained my confidence right away and answered all questions to the T. There were some other folks who helped me, particularly on new rider night, with recommending and sizing up a jacket and helmet, to staying a little after closing so that I could make final purchase of items. Overall, it was a great event and a great buying experience! Hats off to Coleman Powersports and staff. Thanks for your GREAT customer service!!!!

I have had an excellent service from Coleman Powersports Service department. Took my Ducati Monster with a failing fuel pump issue. They had a very reasonable turn around time to diagnose and give me my alternatives. I had a very rusted tank and a bad fuel pump along with a bad fuel level sensor. They didnt mind me leaving the bike there for two months looking for a new tank on ebay (Who does that?) They even didnt mind me bringing all parts and putting it together. I only left them to put the tank back on and test it. Hence, very low labor cost. I have full confidence that they dont make any profit on parts. They are honest and I think the new service manager is doing a great job in terms of costumer service. Raffa is an excellent mechanic, the day bike was fixed he actually came out from the shop and talked to me and explained how much time he spent and why. Almost 5 star experience. I hope they will keep up the same way. Good job Caleman Falls Church

Following up on my previews Review I ride a Ducati 848; due to location I decided to take my motorcycle in at Coleman Powersports. I needed tires put on, change the oil, top off the fluids, change my bike chain and install a 90 degree valve on the rear tire (pre-riding season services). After I picked up my motorcycle a couple of day later I noticed that the rear 90 degree valve was not installed. I realized accidents happen so i called and spoke with the services manager (Mrs. Kelly). Long story short after a few calls we were able to remedy the situation. She offered me the options of: coming in and installing the valve whenever I will like, or putting the credit towards my next services - which is what I chose. There was a bit of miss-communication previously but I am glad we were able to figure it out along the way. Thank you very much for the call back and I will be seeing you guys for my next scheduled services.

My thanks to Anthony for his service as a salesperson and to Dwight for the efficiency in processing the paperwork for my trailer purchase. Anthony was on top of the process and was aware that I was about to make a 350+ mile trip for the purchase. The process had to be error free. Kudos to Anthony. Dwight was also understanding and got the paperwork ready in a hurry so I could be on my way. This appears to be a great dealership with people who are focused on the customer. I am very happy with the Kendon trailer, the price I paid, and the customer service I received. I have been in touch with Kendon to let them know that their website is woefully out of date. Many of the dealerships on the site are no longer active. I would recommend Coleman Powersports to anyone looking for a Kendon trailer.

The entire team at Coleman Powersports has gone over and above to help me in a pinch before vacation. Kelly the Manager kept in constant contact with me, following up and coming threw in a pinch even though their main SeaDoo tech was on vacation this week. Marshall my service writer, Eric and Dave the technitions are extremely helpful and take the time to come out and go over/explain any and all questions/concerns that I had. I have been in the Luxury car business for over 15 years now and completly understand all of the inheriant challenges with service and I must say the entire team at Coleman Powersports really stepped up to get me back in the water before vacation. I brought ski in Friday morning and was ready to rock and roll Tuesday. A++++++ thank you Coleman Powersports!!!

Went down there for my first street bike a couple days ago and was promptly greeted by Renaldo Beamus. He was super helpful in letting me know about the bikes and finding the exact one i was looking for. After picking the bike i was sent over to finance where i met justin, another great guy, who is also one of the smartest finance guys ive ever met. Got as much done before they closed then went home and finished getting a policy while they cleaned and checked the bike. Came back then next morning after a night of celebrating and finished signing some paperwork. Im now the excited owner of a cbr650f that got delivered later that day.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with, been buying bikes for 30 years. Sales staff said they did not have the bike I was looking for over the phone, found it on the floor when I visited the showroom the same day. Went to the parts department, saw an in interesting product , asked the counter person about it, he said "there is a website on the label, you can look it up online". Called the service department for warranty work on my current bike, was told to bring it in in a week and after approval from the manufacturer it will be another 5 to 8 business days. People in the area must be desparate to tolerate a dump like this.

I will start off and say that Paul Cho was very helpful in answering all my questions about a brand new Seadoo that I want to purchase. A true professional. However, when I walked into the showroom for the 2nd time to purchase the Seadoo after deciding what model I wanted and with a print out from another dealer offering a discount on the 2012 models in one hand and my credit card in the other. The sales manager would not agree to match the deal and he let me walk out the door. It is bad business practice to let a customer go and lose potential service as well because you will not match another dealers quote.

Melissa Miles is the employee that sold me a helmet. She has extremely excellent customer service and she is beyond knowledgable in her area. I felt comfortable walking away with my helmet and she was the main part of that. Doug Wilens is the employee that helped me with choosing my first motorcycle. His customer service is extremely excellent as well. He is more than knowledgable about motorcycles and I learned a lot from him in just the little bit of time that I spoke to him. Both of these employees made my experience perfect and I would gladly come back to this store because of them.

I have been shopping here for a couple years since i moved to fairfax, these guys are conveniantly 3 miles from my house, despite having friends that own other shops in the northern virginia area, i still prefer this place, the selection is good, the people are friendly and helpful. Now to be honest im writing this for Renaldo in sales, he got me squared away on my bike purchase after getting d!cked around by triumph, no pressure whats so ever, and answers for every question. I honestly felt welcome to just hang out and come by when ever, im surley going to come back for future needs.

Sorry for the late review, I have owned my brand new Yamaha R3 1 week, everything goes well. Chris helped me go through everything from picking my suitable bike to complete all paper work in just 1 and half hours. After I got my bike, he spent another half hours with me in parking lot to tutor me how to ride, after his work hour. I will appreciate that, not only just him, also his assistant Tommy Chan and store manager, they provided me the best quick instruction to get familiar with my bike. Highly recommend this store and stuffs

I recently purchased a 2017 Polaris Slingshot SLR from Coleman Powersports. This was my first "machine" but not my first auto purchase. My experience from beginning to end was amazing! The main reason why I purchased from Coleman was the knowledge and experience of my Salesman, Renaldo Beamus! Great customer service, very knowledgeable about the product and even better human being. Scott and Vic were great to work with as well. Great Experience and I highly recommend Coleman!

I am highly satisfied with the service I received from the accessories / service / finance / and sales department of Coleman Powersports in Falls Church. The Sales department, George Paine, provided me excellent service. Vic made sure my information for finance was correct, Melissa found the Modification parts I was looking for, and Marshall took care of the service. A top notch operation and when the new Spyders are available, I know they will "square me away".

I had to get a recall work done on a Suzuki GSXR 750. They initially told me that they can have it done in a few hours so I sat around waiting. After a few hours they told me they cannot find the part they need, which was a little frustrating... But afterwards they went and grabbed that part from their sister store down in Woodbridge and got it done. I do appreciate the extra effort to get it done that day. The guy at the service desk (Dave) was super helpful.

I just purchased a Victory Cross Country 8 Ball and the way Josh Otay handled the sales made it a great experience even through some last minute changes. And Melissa Miles in the Accessories Dept. was nothing short of a miracle worker getting my parts and related mounting hardware orders all squared away and staying on top off my 1 back ordered trunk. I want to Thank you both for making me a very happy Coleman customer! And I Love the Victory! Stephen J.

Chris Brown in sales is a great guy. Their accessories department and service department are both excellent as well. Marshall Crawford and David Watts consistently go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure Coleman Powersports service customers are treated with respect and kindness. They are always willing to lend a helping hand to each of their customers. I will definitely be going nowhere else but Coleman Powersports for my future service needs.

I had store credit from recent 2nd Turn Consignment sales. I used the credit to purchase pre-owned boots and new summer gloves (on sale!), essentially upgrading my riding gear at zero cost to me. Salesman Dan asked if I needed help, let me browse the consignment merchandise freely, then quickly wrote up my sales ticket. Sonya was (as always) super efficient in the final checkout process. Another great buying experience at the Falls Church location!

I had a wonderful experience at Coleman Powersports. The sales team is excellent and very knowledgeable. Management and staff work hand in hand to provide seamless customer service. I have been visiting Coleman Powersports for a number of years and would recommend them to anyone in the district. They have the latest products for your type of vehicle/bike. There care about people and that is important. I will be back again and again. (Woodbridge)

I had quite a good experience with Coleman in FC. I had been a few times before trying checking out different bikes until finally deciding on a Ducati Monster 696. Each time, I found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful, even showing tremendous patience while I deliberated between red or black (took some time). They have a good selection of bikes though a little light in accessories, at least my size. I highly recommend!

When I sold my bike, I also had a lot of clothing that I was no longer using. I stopped by the consignment shop to see if I could unload any of it. The consignment guys were easy to deal with and offered to sell the items at what I thought was a very fair price. I received checks in the mail over the next couple months as my items sold. It was an incredibly easy process and I highly recommend the consignment shop!

I brought my bike in for the most minor of jobs. I asked them to replace floor boards with the original foot pegs. I brought in the original foot pegs. On the final bill I noticed $12.00 for parts. I asked what this was for, as I had brought all of the parts with me. They responded that they had needed to use a couple of washers. Classic dealership mentality... suck every dime possible out of the customer.
