Infinity Exteriors is a GREAT company. Infinity replaced a flat roof on my company’s building and also did the new flat roof on an addition. Both great value and meticulous work. Last year we had JD Griffiths build a detached garage at home. My wife and I wanted Infinity to do the roof because we know the owners and they are simply good people. They run a great business and do a lot for our community. Josh (one of the owners) looked at the plans and got the job arranged. They showed up on time and installed a cellular composite roof. It looks like slate. The job went off without a hitch and Infinity’s price was a great value for a lifetime warrantied roof. One year after the roof was completed, we would hire them to do the same roof again tomorrow if we had the need… ZERO problems or regrets. Everything went and IS perfect. This year our big project is to finish the basement. The builder grade basement windows are aluminum clad slide by windows. Even though the windows are thermal pane they have janky storm windows that are impossible to open. They literally have been taken off twice in twelve years… Once to get something in and once to clean the ground level windows. Both times were a major hassle. Infinity’s replacement windows open with little effort AND the whole window can be completely pulled out of the opening. A HUGE bonus as we are preparing to get drywall or plasterboard in. Plus they look beautiful and no more storm window! We have a shed in the yard that we are totally remodeling too. We had recently bought mismeasured windows to use in the shed. I told the Infinity installer that we were redoing the shed and the old basement windows are bigger than the ones we got. He said these windows would be perfect for the shed. So then he carefully pulled the nails and took the windows out without damaging them and even carried them around the house to the shed. That installer is what we have experienced every time we work with Infinity. The installers like where they work, who they work for and what they do. They are NICE and care. Their roofers are friendly, the window installer cared about what I wanted for my property beyond the call of his job. He didn’t have to put the extra effort in and he didn’t have to help that much. And everything they have every done is for us is the same thing, paying attention to detail and perfect results. It’s those things and many more that make Infinity an exceptional company. Highest possible recommendation.

Let me start off by saying – WOW. After witnessing two horror stories from two separate companies doing work for our neighbors, I am so glad we chose to work with Infinity. From the first phone call, to signing the contract, Ben has been great to work with! He answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable and is very organized! He arrives on time and follows through on everything that he says he will. He worked with our insurance company to get what we deserved for our roof and siding. I have already recommended Infinity (and BEN) to our neighbors that have yet to get work done, as well as our neighbors that may need their homes repaired from the first round of contractors. THANK YOU BEN, SCOTTY, DAN and CREW!!! As far as the crew goes, these guys are amazing! They arrive on time, or even a little early. (7am!!) The project manager (Dan) has been great to work with too. Great communication, and did a site walk through to understand the scope of the project and answered any questions I had. The first day of our project we had rain in the forecast. I figured Infinity was going call me on Sunday, move our start to Tuesday. Low and behold, the entire crew showed up at 7am ON THE DOT and waited patiently for the weather to clear up and get started, however mother nature had other plans, so after two hours, they felt it would be best to just wait one more day than rather risk a downpour on an open roof. I don’t blame them! Tuesday came around, they arrived early and made quick work of everything. I can’t say enough about how impressed I am with this crew! They are a great group of guys and do awesome work!

After a hail storm in May, we noticed that many of our neighbors were having their roofs replaced. We received some postcards from a “home improvement” company working in the area with an offer to take care of working with our insurance company to replace our roof. I have a hard time trusting a company that I have never heard of to perform any work on my home. I asked my wife to look into having Infinity Roofing replace our roof. Ben, an estimator with extensive insurance experience, worked closely with us to walk us through the insurance claim process. Ben went out of his way to help document the hail damage and worked with the insurance adjuster to ensure that all areas of damage were addressed in the claim. After the claim was processed, Ben met with us to select materials for a roof and gutter replacement. He developed a project proposal that met our budget expectations and had a better warranty than we expected. Once the contract was signed, the team at Infinity contacted us with an e-mail explaining the next steps. Within a week the team at infinity had a crew available to work on the project. Our project manager, Scott, contacted us to schedule the work and kept us informed about schedule adjustments due to weather. The work was completed within a day. The roof looks spectacular. New gutters were installed early the following week. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is apparent when you compare our roof to the roofs completed by the “home improvement” company. I am extremely pleased with the process and the results. I would recommend Infinity to anyone considering roof replacement.

Three years ago we had a five thousand square foot addition to our business. We broke the roof out of the construction contract. It turned out that instead of the masons putting the beams that support the roof pitched as the plans call for they installed them level. The result would have been a swimming pool that eventually would have led to damage and possibly even collapse. The Infinity job managers realized the problem right away and informed the general that there needed to be an engineered solution to create the pitch needed to get water off the roof. The general contractor wanted Infinity not to tell us about the problem. Josh the owner called just to make sure we understood that the masons made a mistake and did not follow the plans and that we should not have to pay any kind of upcharge to solve the problem. The result was that the general either covered the cost or billed back the masons and implemented the solution Infinity recommended. That solution was an engineered custom pitched insulation bed. Josh said it was an expensive solution but the only right one after the masons installed the beams level. The end result is bringing Infinity’s commercial roofing division in on the construction put an expert advocate for our business in the loop and very likely saved us thousands of dollars and/or a leaky roof or worse. A+ quality and service.

Adam the estimator did a great job representing himself and the company. Very detailed in his work and was very receptive to answering my questions. Answered my follow up email in 24 hours or less. Roofing crew needed to stop on Thursday because of the rain and were here Friday morning after rain stopped to finish the job. They needed to stay and work late to finish and did. They did everything they said they would do to protect my house and yard from damage. When they left if you only looked at the yard you would have not known that a new roof was installed that day. With it being the weekend they told me my gutters would go up on Monday which was a downer with more rain coming that weekend. Saturday morning the gutter crew shows up to install my gutters. With the rain all week THEY want to finish up all the work they could not do during the week. The crew reinstalled my DirecTV antenna where they removed it from. DirecTV needed to move my dish because the first DirecTV installer did it wrong which left the mounting brackets on my new roof. I called the office to see if Peter could remove the brackets and lay new shingles down so my roof would be perfect from the botched DirecTV install. He was there Monday morning and fixed my problem. I now have a roof that looks great, gutters that work. Overall a great experience in remodeling.

We were so impressed by this wonderful company! General manager Mike, sales manager Nick and scheduler Emily, all went above and beyond to exceed our high expectations, special requests and time constraints. Foreman Rolando, a skilled master craftsman in his own right, is a fantastic team builder and the guys on his crew were absolutely exceptional — superior work ethic, friendly, obviously enjoying working for Rolando and the camaraderie of working with each other. So much so, that two of my neighbors were so impressed, they complimented them. They worked long hours and very diligently. The cleanup was OUTSTANDING. With tearing off an old roof we expected to find nails and bits and pieces of old roofing materials in the yard, but we have not found one nail or any debris to date. They protected our home exterior, windows, landscaping, mulched areas and composite deck as if it were their own. A separate team did an excellent job of installing installed new gutters and gutter guards, and their foreman gave us some excellent recommendations to improve the overall appearance. Overall, we are extremely happy that we chose Infinity Exteriors, and strongly recommend them without reservation. The trust and confidence we placed in them was well rewarded!

We remodeled a restaurant building. After taking out all of the kitchen equipment we were left with dozens of large tin capped vent holes in the flat roof section of our building. We happened to be doing a website for Infinity exactly as we came to the realization the tin vent caps were not going to stop leaking. Since they we here we asked Infinity to give us an estimate. The estimate seemed like a good deal so we went ahead with the new flat rubber roof. Josh the owner had said you never know what you are going to run into with this much of a messed up roof before they started… Never a good feeling when you hear that. When they got into it the roofing crew found a lot of unanticipated rotten roof decking wood. We ordered plywood from another customer and Infinity did the installation. They didn’t charge an extra penny even though we had agreed unexpected roof problems could cost more AND the crew was out for a full day more than they expected. After just about a year and a full winter, (our fist winter in the building the flat part of our roof sprung numerous leaks) our ceilings are bone dry. Infinity roofing did a great job at a great price and we are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!

We had Infinity Exteriors over to our home to give us an estimate, from a referral from a very good friend of ours. On the morning of the appt a young man Adam cam out to the house, he was on time, professional, and willing to spend the time to explain there roofing plans for our home. We decided to elect Infinity to do our roof, I even had specific days I wanted the roof to be done and Infinity was able to accommodate that date. On the morning of the project I was impressed with the Project Manager Dan as well as his crew who was headed up by Able. Needless to say the 8 man crew jumped into high gear pretty quickly they arrived at 7am and were done with my roof around 2-3pm, clean up was done very well, my house is surrounded by plants and flowers and not a single one received damaged. I ran into Adam 1 week before my roof was to start and he shook my hand ans assured me I was going to be impressed. I think the above speaks volumes for how impressed I was. Thanks Infinity Exteriors I will highly recommend you. Pa

I was very impressed with Infinity Exteriors. Our roof was old had started to leak and we had no idea what to even ask when putting on a new roof. We did our research, had several companies come out and give us estimates. We listened and learned. Jake from Infinity was very honest, and professional, looked all over and under that roof to make sure there were no surprises. No one else did that. Took the time to explain all the things we had to consider, what was code in our area, what to expect when the team arrives. Even down to where did I want them to park their cars. How they were going to handle the mess and protect the yard and remove the mess. Communications were excellent. We are doing a lot of work on the house and its surprising how many companies do not value customer service. This company is professional from the start. Pricing was very competitive! I would recommend giving these people a call if you need a roof. Jake will explain it all.
