I heard about Paragon Exteriors online from these reviews. From my first contact about a quote I found Jake, the owner, to be punctual, knowledgeable and personable. He was quick to respond to all questions and concerns via email and was flexible to meet in person. I appreciate that it is a locally owned small business in our area and felt like my business was important to them. Jake provided references and answers to all my questions as I prepared to make decisions about our roof replacement. Once I had decided, he was able to fit us into his schedule quickly and the whole project was done in pretty much a day. One guy came back for 1/2 day following to finish up around the chimney and I was glad they had someone spend the time getting it done well. They were a pleasant and polite crew. They worked hard and cleaned up well. I was very impressed with the ease of the whole process. Overall, I am glad I went with this company and would contact them again for future work on my home.

When you accept the quote it’s all up to the wonderful crew. What you will expect to see is the crew shows up at 7am takes ½ hour for lunch and works till 5pm. The workmanship is above and be on. I hired them to replace my large roof and a skylight it was a few days to replace. At the end of each day they clean up everything as if the job is completed. They have equipment to do everything from a hydraulic machine that goes up and under the roof to collect the old roof so nothing lands on the ground to a magnet with wheels that gets any nails that fall on the ground. They also use drop cloths all over the ground just in case anything falls. I’m very pleased on my choice of hiring Paragon Exteriors and you will be as well. Yours truly, Rod Rogge

Only got a few estimates but Jake made us feel really comfortable with our decision for new siding, gutters, and a window for our home. The quote was very fair and when they got to getting the job done the gentlemen that showed-up looked well-experienced and the quality of the work showed. Any small problems that came up (broken light, door not closing properly) they were more than willing to make sure it was taken care of. We even apparently had some bad leaking on one of our attic vents that they repaired and sealed with no extra charge and installed new exterior lights that we purchased ourselves. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone who may be looking around.

I scheduled an appointment with Jake to fix a leak that was happening during the winter. He showed up on time and looked at the problem and suggested a repair. His estimamtes were reasonable. He fixed the roof a week later and on time without any surprising additional costs. My house is for sale now and buyers inspector came and noticed a different shade of shingles on the roof and asked what happend. I explained him there was a winter leak and it has been taken care of. He looked at the work done and he was amazed by the quality of work and said it was a job well done. I highly recommend Paragon for any exterior work.

The crew worked efficiently and were done tearing off and installing a new roof on the house and garage in 2 days as promised. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each work day. Jake was a pleasure to work with. He provided the estimate in a timely manner, followed through after the estimate and answered all questions I had. He communicated very well throughout the process and kept me informed about the schedule for the job. I have no reservations recommending Paragon Exteriors for roofing work.

My wife and I used Jake and Paragon Exteriors to replace my windows this year and I couldn’t be happier. Jake took them time to come to my house sit down for a couple hours and go over the different types and kinds of windows. He made the process very easy for us and his employees were nothing but professional. The install went very smoothly and when the crew left it was as if they were never there. If you are looking for new windows I wouldn’t recommend anyone but Paragon Exteriors.

Paragon just completed a roof tear off and replacement on our 1930s Waukesha house. They also resided a shed dormer on the back side of the house. They were very competitively priced.
