We had this company out to price a project for us several months ago. They gave us a price and asked us to call back when certain components had been installed, enabling them to come back and do a final measurement. Have called back trying to reach the rep for ten days and finally had to call to speak to owner of company. Now upon these components being installed, the company has said that they now can no longer do the job and have suggested we find another sheetmetal contractor. This essentially stops the job completely and necessitates starting over nearly from beginning. Very unprofessional lacking integrity.

Prompt response to call for service. Jason and Zack are fast, straightforward, personable and polite. No pressure to replace unit - they just gave HONEST explanation of state of system. $143 for service call and 1 lb of Freon. I would feel confident in hiring this company to install a new unit if necessary.

Responded to advertised price for a check up on my a/c unit. Service guy said it needed replacement. Called in another service company and they replaced a small part. Told me the unit had many years of life left. My advice is to get a second opinion.
