Terrible experiance! I had someone commit fraud on my account, and the whole time I was talking to the teller, she acted like it was my fault and treated me like a criminal. Even after talking to the phone reps on my personal time, and not getting anywhere, I go back to the Lakewood branch, and I still get treated like a criminal and get interrogated by the staff since my account is locked. Plus my paycheck was in my account and they told me that they wernt going to help me access my money even though my paycheck has nothing to do with the fact that my account, which is SO secure with Navy Federal, was hacked. So this was my experiance with them and I hope no one else gets treated the way I have at this branch. I went to the Lacey, branch and they actually treated me with dignity and didnt treat me like a criminal and actually got my paycheck from my account. Highly suggest not to go to the Lakewood branch, go to the Lacey branch.

Dont deposit a pay check and expect your money to be available. Took 4 days before they gave me my money. Banking 12 yrs with Navy Fed and now all the sudden they hold my money. Company is goin down hill.

My wife and I worked with Michelle for a brief moment. She was rude and uncaring. Instead of helping us, she turned us away. If I ever come back I will personally ask NOT to work with her.
