Had the best experience with Daniel, one of the loan officers in the Holiday branch. I had my computer stolen, along with most everything else including my identification, and he patiently listened while I sat there feeling sorry for myself, then helped me transfer everything from my old account to a brand new acct. He explained the processes very thoroughly and opened a new account for me complete with a new card and new checks once the new acct generates. He is a great asset to the credit union and I hope they pay him well enough to want to stay!!! Thank you Daniel! Lori :)

This location has the worst drive-thru service. The tellers are nice, but seriously it’s the slowest. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, or how many cars are in line. Wait time averages 15-30 mins. I dread going to this location, and sometimes am willing to drive to a further location from my house just to speed things up. They seem faster when you go inside, however I have a small child with me at all times and drive-thru is much more convenient.

Called over the phone, received worst customer service with "John"....he did not want to listen to what I had asked for, he told me to listen to him. So then I asked for someone else, who is going to treat me like a member of their credit union. I was finally able to get w/someone who listened to me and gave me the answers i needed. Finally, it felt like the mountain America I fell in love w/yrs ago.

Tried to get a loan, have been working full time over a year, making good money, no loan due to rules about filing for chapter 7 (from 2013), I have been with MACU for more than 30 years, but maybe its time for a change. seriously

Quick but kind of odd to get to if you are not from the area. Went to this location a couple of times because I had to make a trip there due to the location of the other branches. Not too bad. Normally they are quick to serve you.
