Some unexpected bills arrived and I was already really tight on funds. I had never even thought of using a place like Check City before but I thought I would give their payday loans a try. Not only was the staff at this location friendly and helpful, I was able to get the money I needed (right on the spot). Their fees were very comparable to other get-cash-now places but I don’t think I would have received the same respectable treatment I received there.

Usually decent but... this time this guy wrote down my social, birthday and full name on a piece of paper to check something, then just tore it in half and threw it away when he was done with it. Then he got all offended and short with me when I asked him if he could shred it instead.

You need to train your managers on how to handle bankruptcy information. I called Tonya to give her information and she had no clue what to do with it. Once someone files bankruptcy they are protected under a FEDERAL LAW!
