This place could careless about you. I had to wire money to close on a house and the teller Wilson could not get anyone to talk to me about it. I waited 20 minutes. IF I HAVE A BANKING PROBLEM, SOMEONE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO HELP. WHERE ARE THEY? WHO IS IN CHARGE? This nearly cost me a big deal. I went to other branch Stacy Orchard was great. She could help me or find someone to help with my needs. Fire Wilson, fire everyone at branch. Give Stacy Orchard the branch.

The service was super slow the only one free was a lady on the mortgage office doing an email and she dint even want to help me reset my password ive waited more than an hour. She brushed me off.
