These guys suck. I was pre-approved for a loan, then when i want to buy a car for literally half the price and offer 25% down these guys reject it. Luckily the dealership i was working with was able to supply me with a loan instead. I was also told by multiple people in the branch i was good to go and didnt need any more paperwork, when i did. This happened twice. WSECU is freindly and respectful, but completely unreliable and staff didnt seem knowladgeable on car loans.

Had to go in 3 separate times in one day just to set something up and was told something different each time. Also had the rudest teller, who threatened to send me away because I needed clarification and asked a question. Am planning on switching banks as soon as possible.

This is an amazing credit union. The service is wonderful, friendly and personable. the Decor is great. They have great online and mobile banking options and is perfect for Washington State University students.

Great Bank!! They also provide online banking that has an automatic budgeting tool that is basically Free Quicken. It automatically puts transactions into corresponding categories --- its really helpful!
