Great customer service; responsive and attentive. Loan department is very helpful. Never had a problem with any services. Been banking with them for 15+ years. Very thankful that this bank doesnt engage in questionable investments like others in recent years. So glad a Huntsville-based bank is doing so well.

Good bank, tellers, bank services (SD box, notary, etc) and standard banking accounts (checking, savings, business, MM, CDs) top notch. You can get better loan rates and credit elsewhere, but for local banking they are great. Some of their branches can be really crowded depending on time of day.

As long as your microcosm is stellar in times of recession you are viewed as an asset. I held excellent standings with the credit union for quite some time but when I needed them the most, they were no longer my trusted advisors.

Do NOT use the drive thru lanes unless your gas tank is full, and you have a half hour to spare. Crazy wait times with only a few cars in front of you...
