If I could give this place zero stars I would. Got the news from them that we were approved for financing and excitedly my wife, daughter and I started driving their way. Tried to call them several times with no answer every time, total of about an hour just sitting on the phone waiting for anyone to answer us. Got to the establishment and were told to sit in the booth to await service and we waiting for 30 minutes and no one had come to talk to us or even say "hey, sorry about the wait, someone will be right with you." We were totally ignored and disregarded, will never do business with this company.

For those of you that do not understand let me make it clear to you this place is in the business of giving loans to high risk people like ourselves. Their interest rate is horrendous yes but did we not do that to ourselves? All you need to do is pay on time. Set it up on auto pay that way you can always keep track of the payments you send them. Do not give them a reason to come and get your vehicle and you wont have an issue simple as that.

The worst experience with them they steal our money. my loan should be done with three years they add another year so end pay them 2500$ More. I will never work with them or get loan hope this business shut down soon.

The worst online payment processing ever! have to create a new user account and password every time we make a payment! takes nearly 30 minutes. notified them several times but wont even address it.
