I feel like I did the best thing that I could have for my daughter when I hired this firm. When my daughter was six months old, she went into anemic shock and suffered diffuse brain damage. Needless to say, this was the most devastating experience of my life. My first concern was finding the best in-patient rehabilitation facility. After in-patient rehab, I searched for the best medical care providers and therapists in my area. Once all of that was in place, I began to learn about what caused my daughter’s anemic shock. I learned that she had been misdiagnosed, and that a simple test would have prevented the anemic shock and brain damage. I attended a special section on children’s brain injuries during a yearly brain damage conference, where I learned that Eisenberg Gilchrist & Cutt had extensive experience in this area, and came highly recommended by other attorneys.
