I came to see Mr. Bishop because I was sued by a creditor and about to be garnished. He filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy for me and stopped the creditor from taking money out of my pay check. This was my first experience with a lawyer and I would say he set the bar pretty high. He was very organized and took time to answer my questions. He also worked out a very reasonable payment arrangement. I would recommend anyone needing to file bankruptcy to go see him!
